FAQ for Teens
Is your parent Making you look at this?
Whether they are or aren't, there is a good chance you will be glad you're here.
Let me say this first: you’ve already accomplished so much to get to this point in your life. Growing into the person you’re becoming isn’t always easy, and you should feel proud of how far you’ve come. I know there’s a lot on your plate right now—balancing school, friends, family, goals, and everything else life throws your way. It’s a lot, and it’s okay to feel like you don’t always have it all figured out.
That’s where I come in. As your coach, my role isn’t to tell you what to do or how to live your life. Instead, I’m here to be your guide, your sounding board, and your biggest cheerleader. Think of me as someone who’s totally on your team—helping you sort through the noise, set goals that actually mean something to you, and tackle challenges in a way that feels manageable.
What to Expect
What’s in it for you? A lot.
- Clarity. You’ll get the chance to figure out what really matters to you—your goals, values, and what makes you tick.
- Confidence. Whether it’s managing stress, making decisions, or taking big steps toward your future, you’ll build skills to handle it all with more self-assurance.
- Control. This is about your journey. I’m here to help you feel empowered to shape your own path, not just follow someone else’s.
- Support. Life can be messy, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to listen, encourage, and offer strategies that help you succeed on your terms.
This isn’t about “fixing” anything or adding more pressure. It’s about helping you feel more in charge of your life, your choices, and your future. Coaching gives you a safe, judgment-free space to explore what you want and how to get there—and I’m here to help make that happen.
You’ve got so much potential, and I’d love the chance to help you navigate it.
What if I don't Know My Goals?
- Don't worry. It's okay to feel unsure, and part of coaching is helping you to figure that out.
How Do I Know if You're the Right Coach For Me?
- We'll set up an appointment to get to know each other before you and your parents commit to anything. Trying something new can be intimidating; my first priority is to make sure you feel comfortable with me as your coach before taking any next steps.
How do I set up a discovery call?
